For all bookings, we guarantee you the security to cancel free of charge up to 10 hours before arrival if the following reasons apply:

• You yourself or a guest traveling with you have tested positive for Covid 19 or are in quarantine (by sending the positive certificate)

• Due to Covid 19 no operation is possible on site

     Should one of these cases occur, we will cancel your booking free of charge.

     Regular cancellation conditions for individual travel guests

​

     Cancellations up to 3 days before the arrival date: FREE
    Cancellations less than three days before arrival or on the day of arrival

     (or in case of no-show): 80% of the agreed net room price

     (exclusive  breakfast, local tax, booked services, etc.)

• The cancellation must be made by unilateral written (post/fax/e-mail) declaration and must be in our hands at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).

• If the booked room is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

• The agreed price is that for accommodation, meals and other booked services.

• If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.

Regulation in case of early departure of the guest:

In the event of early departure of the guest/guests, he/she/they are obligated to pay the price for the days used and 80% of the net room price for the agreed remaining days that were not used.
